Raj Thota is the Founder and Principal Consultant of InnoTech BioPharm Solutions LLC, a specialized consulting firm dedicated to providing end-to-end CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. With over two decades of international leadership experience spanning the U.S., Canada, and Europe, Raj brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight across the full drug development lifecycle—from early-phase formulation to global commercialization.

Raj has successfully led the development, scale-up, and launch of more than 150 drug products, including 34 complex dosage forms and multiple 505(b)(2) approvals. His experience includes executive leadership roles at Pharnext S.A., Par Pharmaceutical (Endo), Perrigo, Patheon (Thermo Fisher Scientific), and Frontida BioPharm (Adare Pharma), where he oversaw CMC development, global technical operations, site leadership, and regulatory strategy.

Known for integrating scientific rigor with business strategy, Raj partners with clients to accelerate product development, streamline technology transfer, ensure global regulatory compliance, and implement sustainable manufacturing solutions. He has led site transformations, global tech transfers, due diligence for M&A, and Lean Six Sigma-based process optimizations—delivering measurable impact in cost, quality, and time-to-market.

Raj holds an MBA, an MS in Pharmaceutical Technology, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Global Regulatory Affairs. Through InnoTech BioPharm, he offers high-impact consulting designed to help clients innovate with confidence and commercialize with excellence.
